We spent 2019 following Minneapolis-based classical composer Libby Larsen with a camera, documenting the people, places, and ideas that have shaped her decades-long career. The result is a 14-part mini-documentary series, woven into a larger retrospective website project celebrating her work and legacy. Each short film offers an intimate look at one of the inspirations behind her music, inviting audiences into the world of one of contemporary classical music’s most prolific voices.
