We’ve been making the Life at Blake video series with The Blake School for years, building out more than 20 short films that profile classroom projects across their PK-12 program. Each piece gives families and prospective students an honest look at what learning actually feels like inside the school. Engineering & Programming follows Lower Schoolers as they design, build, and code with everyday materials like LEGOs and straws, grounding the program in curiosity and creative problem-solving long before students hit a traditional engineering class. Gilding & Printmaking spotlights the school’s residency model, where outside experts in classical art forms work hands-on with students to introduce processes and techniques they wouldn’t otherwise encounter. And Lunch heads into Blake’s full-service kitchen, where every meal is made from scratch and dietary needs are treated as a core part of the menu, not a side option tacked on for one student.
